Sales Conditions - Pinzolo

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Company, owner of the concession, during the summer season makes an integrated system of lifts as detailed on the website www.ski.it

2. These general conditions regulate the conditions of contract for the purchase and use of all tickets or travel passes and pre-paid badges issued by the Company. Sections III and IV regulate the terms and conditions for the use of tickets or travel passes and pre-paid badges sold through certified portals: Telepass and Mypass.

3. The purchase and possession of a ticket or travel pass implies awareness and full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Section I
Tickets or Travel Passes

4. Users are obliged to purchase a ticket for their programme of use. The Company sells tickets or travel passes from its own ticket offices as well as online, from the website www.ski.it. Tickets can also be purchased from the certified portals: Telepass and Mypass, according to the relevant conditions of sale. Holders of the “DoloMeet Guest Card” may purchase the upgrade in “DoloMeet PASSion Card” - which allows access to the ski lifts of Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo under the stipulated conditions - through the Mio Trentino App or at the offices of Madonna di Campiglio Azienda per il Turismo S.p.A. or at the Funivie Pinzolo SpA counter. All information and rates regarding the cards are available on the website www.campigliodolomiti.it.

5. According to article 59, lett. n) of the Consumer Code, in the case of online purchase of ski passes there is no right of withdrawal provided for by art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

6. Tickets prices are provided in the lists on display at the aforementioned ticket offices or published online at the website www.ski.it and include VAT. Prices for tickets sold on the website www.ski.it are subject to variation. 

7. Ticket offices accept payment in cash (compliant with the current laws) as well as major debit and credit cards. The Management also accepts payment via bank transfer, which must be sent to and result as paid at the Administration Office before any tickets or travel passes can be issued. Any requests for invoices for badges must be made before said badges are issued.

8. The customer must verify at the time of collecting the card or travel document that it matches their request; no ticket or travel pass can be exchanged once the customer has used it to register their first access to the lifts.

9. Tickets or travel passes (excluding single rides) are sold on Key-Cards; each one requires payment of a deposit of 5.00 euros, which will be returned if the card is returned intact and in good condition.

10. Tickets or travel passes are transport documents that also serves as a receipt (D.M. 30.06.1992 and subsequent amendments) and must be kept for the duration of transport.

11. The ticket or travel pass must be presented to lift staff every time they request them, Staff need to check validity of the ticket and ensure the correct identity of the ticket holder.

12.  The ticket or travel pass is a personal document and cannot be transferred, even free of charge. Control systems are active for all types of ticket, including photo compare technology (installed on lift access turnstiles) that are able to detect the user’s image (see privacy policy displayed at all ticket offices and published at www.ski.it). The correct use of all ticket or travel pass can also be verified remotely, even after they have been incorrectly used. Any type of incorrect use of a ticket – which also includes giving a ticket or travel pass to another user, even a simple and/or momentary exchange of a ticket, or purchasing a lift ticket at a reduced rate when the user is not entitled to benefit from these rates – will result in the following penalties:

  • Single one-way lift tickets, hourly tickets, single-day or multi-day tickets or travel passes, will be immediately confiscated and cancelled, in addition to the payment made directly to the Company of a new lift ticket with the same validity and the same type as that of the ticket that was incorrectly used according to the adult price list;
  • Free tickets or travel passes issued for children and the corresponding tickets to which they were linked when purchased, will be immediately confiscated and cancelled, in addition to the payment made directly to the Company of a new lift ticket with the same validity and of the same type as that of the ticket that was incorrectly used according to the adult price list;
  • Season ski passholders will have to make a payment directly to the Company corresponding to the cost of a single-day ticket according to the pass adult price list, and an additional amount of Euro 100. The use of the season ticket will be blocked until the required amount has been received;
  • Lift cards for “Pay per Use” tickets (Mypass and Telepass), will be permanently cancelled (therefore all credit, that has been acquired up to the cancellation of the lift card, which is used to receive lift pass discounts that are provided after reaching specific spending thresholds, will also be eliminated), and the costs of using the “pay per use” ticket according to the pass single-day adult price will be charged to the credit card;

in addition to the right to take legal action against the offender in both a criminal and civil lawsuit in all of the above cases: all cases will in fact be reported to the local law enforcement agency.

13. Replacement hourly, morning/afternoon tickets and single rides cannot be issued in case of loss. In case of lost of daily, multiple day or seasonal passes, to obtain a replacement, it is necessary to report the loss to the Company, which will deactivate and block the lost pass. In any case, all replacement tickets are issued directly from the ticket office, exclusively upon presentation, by the customer, of a photograph of said card, which must show the ID code of the card or the booking code in case of online purchase. The charge for deactivating and blocking a lost tickets and issuing a new card is € 10.00 (non-refundable if the original pass is found). 

14. Tickets or travel passes that are issued against vouchers will only be provided in the same format stated on the voucher and cannot be changed in any way, even prior to issue.

15. The price of the travel document includes the right to transport a mountain bike and a small, non-bulky baggage, with a total weight of less than 10 kg (as long as this does not hinder an easy boarding onto the vehicle or, at the sole discretion of the staff on duty, does not compromise the safety of the service).

16. All tickets, single rides included, will expire at the end of the relevant summer season

17. The tickets or travel passes are non-refundable and non-replaceable except for the options referred to in the following art. 18. A refund will not be provided in case of illness, injury or for any personal reasons of the passholder.

18. The “Flexible Ski Pass” option, which is only available for purchases made online on the www.ski.it website, provides customers with the option of cancelling their purchase up to 24 hours before the start of the validity date of the ticket or travel pass, in order to receive a credit note of equal value that can then be redeemed online by accessing the customer’s wallet in their personal account before the end of the 2026-2027 winter season. Detailed information on how to use the wallet can be found on the www.ski.it website – ticket section.

Section II
Types of Company Tickets or Travel Passes

19. The types of tickets (single outward, hourly, day, multi-day - up to 6 days or seasonal) are stated on the price lists displayed at the ticket offices and published on the website www.ski.it. “Pay per use” passes are also available, according to the relevant conditions of sale from the certified portals Mypass and Telepass.

20. Seasonal ski passes are issued with a photograph.

21. Differently able people who, at the time of purchase, provide documentary proof of disability, issued by the competent authorities and certifying disability of 50% or more, or between 20% and 49% will be entitled to a discount on Pinzolo list prices of 50% and 25% respectively on hourly tickets, on tickets valid from 1 to 6 consecutive days, as well as single journeys on gondolas only. This discount is not applicable on Superskirama ski passes.

22. Superskirama season passes – according to the interchange agreements in being between the cable lift companies, as well as the lift operating programmes decided by the Management of each of the aforementioned companies – and the Company’s season passes provide access to the lifts in operation in the area of reference throughout the 2025 summer season. The 2025 summer season - without prejudice to the undisputable right of the management of each lift Company to set the start and end dates for same on the relevant lifts - is 30 days even for non-consecutive days, according to the month, including between June and September 2025, it being understood that:
a) the operation of all lifts in the area of reference cannot be guaranteed;
b) in case of single lifts or groups of lifts being in operation for a period exceeding 30 days the season pass will remain valid for said further period; 
c) if local or national authorities force all lifts to close due to Force Majeure, or lifts are closed for other reasons outside of the issuing lift Company’s control, and the 30 days can no longer be guaranteed, clients will receive a refund that is proportional to the number of guaranteed days for which they were not able to use their season ski pass.

Section III
Lift Operation Schedule 

23. The lift operation of the Company and that of the lift operators in the area covered by the ticket or travel pass is decided by the Company management and the management of each of the lift Companies, at their sole discretion. The cost of the ticket or travel pass is not linked to the number of lifts open to the public. The object of the contract is the transport from the valley station to the summit station of the single lift or vice versa. Any activity following the use of the lift facilities (trekking, mountain biking, etc.) is not the object of the contract and is carried out exclusively at one’s own risk.

24. The Company is not in any case liable, if, due to unforeseen events which in no way depend on the Company’s wishes (for example, but in no way limited to, excessive wind, storms, the occurrence of an unforeseeable technical problem, the repeated and unannounced suspension of electricity), the lifts should be closed fully or in part. In these cases, the Company is not obliged to:  

  • provide any type of refund (full or partial) or to substitute a ticket or travel pass;
  • provide reimbursement for any damages caused by the impossibility to access services or amenities previously booked by clients that require the use of the lifts (including but not limited to bike lessons or bike rental) and/or any expenses that users may incur in order to return back to their current address or their departure point.

Section IV
Rules for Lifts Use

25. Lift users are obliged to comply with the transport rules and guidelines, as displayed at all lift departure stations; lift users are also obliged to follow the regulations of the competent authorities in the interests of safety and smooth transport, and all other instructions that may be given by lift employees in order to prevent accidents.

26. The Company declines all responsibility for damages arising from the improper use of the lift facilities, including the consequences of illicit behaviour posed by the lift facility users during their presence on the lift facilities. With the purchase of a child's ticket or acceptance of a free ticket, the purchaser and/or person accepting the ticket will accept all liability regarding the use of lifts by the minor, who will use said ticket under the direct supervision of the purchaser and/or person accepting the ticket.

27. Dogs must be muzzled and kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are only permitted to use gondola lifts.

Section V
Bike

28. Funivie Pinzolo S.p.A. does not manage and is exempt from any responsibility regarding all the various bike trails present in the area. The number to contact in case of injury and/or emergencies is the single emergency number: 112.

Section VI
Final Provisions

29. In case of discrepancies between the languages of these general conditions of sale, the Italian version shall prevail.

30. The Company has put in place the measures required by the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 679/2016), the information of the Data controller is available on the site ski.it.
