Sales Conditions - Madonna di Campiglio

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. During the summer season, the concession-holder Company provides the public with an integrated system of lifts as detailed on the website www.ski.it.

2. These general terms and conditions govern the contractual conditions related to the purchase and use of all passes or travel tickets and pay-per-use passes sold by the Company; Sections III and IV also govern the contractual conditions relating to the use of passes or travel tickets and pay-per-use passes sold on the certified platforms Telepass, Mypass, Snowit, Alto.Ski.

3. The purchase and subsequent possession of a ticket or travel document implies full knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Section I
Passes and Travel Tickets

4. Travelers are required to obtain a ticket that corresponds to their intended use. The Company sells passes and travel tickets at the ticket offices and online at www.ski.it; tickets can also be purchased on the certified platforms Telepass, Mypass, Snowit, and Alto.Ski, in accordance with the related terms and conditions of sale.

5. According to the Article 59, letter n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided in the Article 52 of the Consumer Code, does not apply to online purchases.

6. Ticket prices are indicated on the price lists available at the aforementioned ticket offices or published online at www.ski.it and include VAT. Ticket prices sold through the website www.ski.it are dynamic.

7. Ticket offices accept cash payments (in accordance with the applicable law) and by major credit or debit cards. Payments by bank transfer must be received and confirmed by the Administrative Offices prior to the issuance of the passes or travel tickets. Any invoice request must be made prior to their issuance.

8. Upon collection, the customer must verify that the pass or travel ticket corresponds to the order; it is understood that no replacement will be made once the pass or travel ticket has been used.

9. Passes or travel tickets (excluding single rides) are issued on a Key-Card at a cost of € 5.00 each as a deposit. This deposit will be refunded if the card is returned intact and in good condition.

10. The pass or travel ticket, which also serves as a tax receipt (pursuant to Ministerial Decree of 30.06.1992 and subsequent amendments), must be kept for the entire duration of transportation.

11. The pass or travel ticket must be shown upon request to facility staff, who must be able to verify its validity and that it belongs to the holder. Upon request of facility staff, travelers are also required to present a valid ID.

12. The pass or travel ticket is a personal and non-transferable document. All types of passes and travel tickets are subject to monitoring systems, including the use of photo comparison technology (installed at the gates), which can capture the user's image (see privacy policy available at all ticket offices and on the website www.ski.it). Proper use of the pass or travel ticket may also be verified remotely after any misuse. Any abuse— including transfer, even temporary, or use of a discounted ticket by someone not eligible—will result in immediate blocking, withdrawal, and deactivation of the pass, as well as potential civil and criminal action against the offender. All cases of misuse will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

13. In case of loss of single ride tickets, reissuance is not possible. In the case of loss of daily, multi-day, or season passes, reissuance is possible upon report to the Company, which will deactivate and block the lost pass. In any case, lost passes will only be reissued at the ticket office upon presentation of a photo of the original pass clearly showing the pass identification code or, in case of online purchase, the booking code. The cost for the deactivation and blocking of the lost pass and issuance of a new pass is € 10.00 (this amount is non-refundable in case the original pass is found).

14. Passes or travel tickets issued in exchange for vouchers will be strictly issued in accordance with the type specified in the voucher and cannot be modified, even prior to issuance.

15. All tickets, including single rides, expire at the end of the related summer season.

16. The pass or travel ticket is non-refundable in the event of illness, injury, or for personal reasons of the holder.

17. For purchases made online at www.ski.it only, the “Flexible Skipass” option is available, allowing the cancellation of the purchase up to 24 hours prior to the validity date. A credit of equal value will be available to redeem online by accessing the holder account, by the end of the 2026/2027 winter season. The terms of use for the wallet are available on the website www.ski.it - Ticket section.

Section II
Type of Ski Passes

18. The available type of passes (single rides, 1-day, 3-day, and 6-day bike passes, and seasonal passes) are detailed in the price lists available at the aforementioned ticket offices and published on the website www.ski.it. Pay-per-use passes are also available through the certified portals Mypass, Telepass, Snowit, and Alto.Ski, in accordance with their respective terms of sale.

19. Persons with disabilities who, at the time of purchase, officially provide documentation showing a disability equal to or greater than 50%, or between 20% and 49%, are entitled to a 50% and 25% discount on the listed price of single ride tickets.

20. The Superskirama season passes—under existing reciprocal agreements between lift companies and within the scope of the operational programs of the lift facilities as determined by the management of each of the aforementioned companies—and the Company’s own season passes, entitle holders to access operating lift facilities within the specific area for the entire 2025 summer season. The 2025 summer season—subject to the unquestionable discretion of each lift company's management to establish the opening and closing dates of their respective lift facilities—includes 30 days of access (not necessarily consecutive) to the lift facilities between the months of June and September, it being understood that:
a) the operation of all lift facilities is not guaranteed;
b) if individual lifts or group of lifts remain in operation for more than 30 days, the season pass will be valid for this additional period;
c) if due to a total and mandatory closure of the lift facilities by local or national authorities, due to force majeure or for any other reasons beyond the control of the lift company, the 30 guaranteed opening days are not met, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the season pass price proportional to the number of unused days.

Section III
Lift Facilities Operational Program

21. The operational program of the Company’s lift facilities, as well as that of the lift companies operating within the area covered by the specific pass or travel ticket, is determined solely at the discretion of the Company’s Management and the management of each of the aforementioned companies. The ticket or travel pass price is not linked to the number of lifts open to the public. The sole subject of the contract is the transportation from the base station to the top station (or vice versa) of each individual lift facility. Any activity carried out after using the lift facility (e.g., trekking, mountain biking, etc.) is not part of the contract and is undertaken entirely at the user’s  own risk.

22. The Company shall not be held liable—and therefore no refund (whether full or partial) or replacement of the pass or travel ticket shall be due—in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to thunderstorms, excessive wind, the sudden occurrence of unforeseeable technical issues, or unexpected power outages, which may result in the partial or total shutdown of the lift facilities. The Company also declines all responsibility—and is therefore not required to provide any refund and/or compensation in case the lift facilities will be closed due to force majeure, and the user incurs expenses to return to their place of residence or point of departure.

Section IV
Rules for the Use of Lift facilities and Trails

23. Passengers are required to comply with the transportation regulations and the passenger instructions available at all lift departure stations. Passengers must also observe all rules issued by the competent authorities in the interest of transportation safety and regularity, as well as any specific instructions that may be issued under special circumstances by lift personnel in order to prevent accidents.

24. The Company declines all liability for damages resulting from improper use of the lift facilities, as well as for the consequences of unlawful behavior by users while on the lifts. By purchasing a child pass or accepting a free pass, the purchaser and/or recipient assumes full responsibility for the use of the lift facilities by the minor, who must be accompanied and directly supervised by the purchaser and/or recipient.

25. Dogs must wear a muzzle and be kept on a leash. They can only be transported on gondola lifts.

Section V
Bike

26. The transport of mountain bikes on the lift facilities is permitted at no additional cost for all holders of round-trip, daily, multi-day, and season passes.

Section VI
Final Provisions

27. In the event of discrepancies between the different language versions of these general terms and conditions of sale, the Italian version shall prevail.

28. The Company has adopted the measures required by the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 679/2016), as detailed in the privacy notice available at the ticket offices and published on the Company’s website www.ski.it
