The Unione Sportiva Carisolo – ASD, in collaboration with the Municipality of Pinzolo, is organizing the US Carisolo Summer Nordic Festival 2025, a competition featuring an individual skating prologue and an uphill classic pursuit. The event is part of the official FIS calendar and also serves as the first stage of the 2025/2026 Rode Italian Cup and Rode Italian Youth Cup.
On Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, September 7, 2025, the US Carisolo Summer Nordic Festival will take place, featuring international-level roller skiing races. The event will see top athletes from the Italian national roller ski and cross-country ski teams, as well as elite international competitors, go head-to-head. On Saturday, the competition opens with an individual time trial in free technique on the newly built roller ski track in Pinzolo. On Sunday, athletes will race in a classic technique pursuit, starting based on the results of the prologue and climbing the road from Pinzolo to Pra' Rodont.
PROGRAM:
Friday 5 September:
09.30: start of roller ski race trial
12:00 p.m.: end of ski roll race trial
2:00 p.m.: start of ski roll race trial (teams requesting it in case of logistical needs)
4:00 p.m.: end of ski roll race trial training
It is also possible to try out the track with your own ski rolls, provided they are slow enough to tackle the track safely.
Saturday 6 September: individual TL prologue
9.30 a.m.: start of U18 competition
10.30 a.m.: start of U20 competition
11.30 a.m.: start of Senior competition
Awards ceremony at the end of the competitions at the Palasport in Carisolo
Sunday, 7 September: TC uphill pursuit
9:00 a.m.: start of U18 F pursuit, starting from Via Alpe Grual – 4.90 km
10:30 a.m.: start of U18 M, U20 F, U20 M pursuit, starting from Via Fucine, 41/bis – 8.80 km
12:30 p.m.: start of senior F and M pursuit race starting from Via Fucine, 41/bis – 8.80 km
Awards ceremony at the end of the races at Doss Alpine Style - Attic Restaurant - Bar - Rifugio
FEE:
Youth category athletes – €25.00 per athlete/single race;
Senior athletes and foreign athletes – €30.00 per athlete/single race.
