9:30 am: Dolomiti Natural Wellness in Val Brenta in collaboration with SENTIERO
The activity will be carried out by Andrea Chesi (Mountain Friends mid-mountain guide) and Alessandra Serafin (yoga teacher)
This is an experience of connecting with the Earth element, which we find in the environment around us and within ourselves.
This will be done through forest bathing, meditation and yoga practice. For a greater awareness of the Body and the Environment.
Characteristic of the Earth Element: rootedness, solidity.

Car parks in the vicinity. Villaggio Pineta can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle from the centre of Pinzolo.
