The vibrant sounds of Ilumina Ensemble arrive in the Brenta Dolomites!
On Saturday, 12 September 2026 at 12:00 pm, Piano del Lago Asciutto, in the beautiful Piano del Nardis area above Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio, will host an I Suoni delle Dolomiti festival event: an open-air concert set amid the hiking trails of the Brenta Group, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.
The performance will feature Ilumina Ensemble, a Brazilian musical collective founded in São Paulo in 2015 by violinist Jennifer Stumm. The project brings together talented young people, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, and established musicians, offering world-class training, mentoring and real opportunities on the international stage.
Following its debut at the Lucerne Festival in 2022 and performances at the Edinburgh International Festival and Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, Ilumina now brings to the Dolomites a live performance that unites music, inclusion and social equity.
The concert venue can be reached via the Pinzolo-Doss del Sabion lifts, followed by a scenic walk of around one hour.
