3TRE ORIENTEERING

From June 26 to 28, 2026, Madonna di Campiglio will host the first edition of the 3Tre Orienteering, an unmissable event for orienteering enthusiasts from all over the world. Inspired by the iconic 3Tre Alpine Ski World Cup race of Madonna di Campiglio, this new event brings together athletes, nature lovers and the orienteering community for an unforgettable alpine experience in an exceptional setting: the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

THE ATHLETES

The event will welcome more than 2,000 athletes, mainly from Scandinavia and Northern Europe, ready to compete among forests, meadows and breathtaking landscapes.
Orienteers, equipped with a topographic map (and in some cases a compass), will start at regular one-minute intervals. Their goal will be to complete the course in the shortest possible time, punching all the “control flags” positioned along the route and marked on the map, certifying the correct completion of the race.
Technique, concentration, strategy and terrain-reading skills will be the key elements of a competition that combines athletic performance with total immersion in nature.

THE EVENT

3Tre Orienteering is not only a sporting competition, but also an opportunity to fully experience the mountains, immersing yourself in the unique and evocative environment of our peaks.
Following the spirit of the historic 3Tre, a symbol of sporting excellence in Madonna di Campiglio, the event aims to become a new international benchmark for alpine orienteering, combining tradition, innovation and renowned Trentino hospitality.

An event designed to inspire and engage both participants and spectators, thanks to the perfect blend of sport, nature and territory.
