They come from Berlin traveling in a time machine to recreate the authentic atmosphere of Old Time Jazz. Inspired by artists like Duke Ellington, Paul Whiteman, Sidney Bechet, and Bunk Johnson, as well as the early New Orleans style jazz, the Time Rag Department performs Ragtime Jazz and Swing filled with fiery solos, sweet dreamy melodies, and lively collective improvisations. With a repertoire from another era that is both thrilling and captivating, the Time Rag Department can get even the most reluctant listeners dancing, creating truly evocative and engaging atmospheres through a sound that is retro in flavor but absolutely stylish.

The concert will take place on the terrace of Doss del Sabion in the afternoon.
