PURPOSES, MEANS AND LAWFULNESS OF DATA PROCESSING
DATA PROCESSED WHEN BROWSING
Software and hardware systems installed acquire certain personal data, the process of which is implicit in the browsing of this website. The data brought together cannot identify users in general, but could marginally identify users, when aggregate with third parties processing it. Data processed includes IP addresses, domain names of hardware used by users, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, time and method of the request to the server, file size obtained in response, numerical code indicating the response status given by the server (successful, error, etc.) etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's OS and IT systems. Some cookies are aggregated to obtain anonymous statistical data about the use of the website. Those cookies are used for maintenance only and are deleted immediately after processing it. Finally, data is aggregated for discovering and malware analysis.

• “PURCHASE” AND “PURCHASE TICKET”: this section offers a purchasing ticket options from the joint controllers, after creating an account by selecting ‘Log in/Register. The purchase can also be made through joint controller-ship partners. The data collected will be processed in accordance with the purposes and retention periods determined in the data protection notices of the individual entities. • “MARKETING NEWSLETTER”: the data processed will be used to send promotional or advertising information, solely where specific consent is given. The data will be stored and processed until the data subject requests deletion through the appropriate channels.
• “SELECT YOUR STAY” AND “BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY”: through these sections, users can request information about selected local partners for accommodation. The data collected will be processed in accordance with the purposes and retention periods determined in the data protection notices of the individual entities. If users continue with the booking, personal data will be communicated to the competent local Tourism Agency, which will manage it to process the request. • “FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL NETWORK”: visiting Meta products, through “follow us on Instagram” or “subscribe to Facebook” options, information may be disclosed to third parties, as joint controllers or processors, depending on the service use. Users are invited to read the respective privacy policy and terms of use.
Personal data may be processed both digitally and in paper format. It may be disclosed to appointed third parties acting as data processors, in accordance with art. 28 GDPR.
