Genuine mountain goodness
Cheese and meat that comes from a special breed of local cattle called "Razza Rendena", the only native breed in Trentino that for centuries is a genuine expression of the territory. The Tourism Board of Madonna di Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena has decided to create a new event that celebrates the mountain goodness of these products especially since the "Razza Rendena" is now a Slow Food Presidum, which not only guarantees and protects the quality of the products but also just how these animals are raised and bred.
The events will take place in March 2020 in three restaurants on the slopes which are located next to alpine dairies that are open during the summer season. Three important enogastronomic events during which participants will learn more about the "Razza Rendena" and they will of course also get to taste all of the Slow Food Products.
It's not just a regular dinner, it's a chance to really be surrounded by the traditions and the natural goodness of our territory, together with local farmers that will provide information on the aspects and features of the agricultural world.

Saturday, March 14, 2020 - RIFUGIO MALGA CIOCA - Pinzolo
at 7:30 pm: meeting at the base station of the Tulot lift (free parking available) to reach the mounatin hut.
at 8:00 pm: dinner with Razza Rendena products and other Slow Food Products
Saturday, March 21, 2020 - RIFUGIO PATASCOSS - Madonna di Campiglio
at 8:00 pm: dinner with Razza Rendena products and other Slow Food products.
You can reach the mountain hut by car, free parking available.
Saturday, March 28, 2020 - RISTORANTE CASCINA ZELEDRIA - Madonna di Campiglio
at 7:30 pm: meeting at a reserved parking area (about 1 km before the restaurant) and transfer service with a snowcat.
at 8:00 pm: dinner with Razza Rendena products and other Slow Food Products.
Reservations are mandatory.
The event will take place with a minimum of 15 participants. Reservation is subject to availability and you must sign-up before 2:30 pm of the preceding day.
