It’s ski time again from Saturday November 23, 2019
Starting on Saturday November 23, 2019 it’s once again ski time in the SkiArea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Val di Sole Val Rendena.
Favourable weather conditions, that have already provided abundant snowfall from the base to the top of the mountains, have made it possible for the largest Skiarea in Trentino to officially start this year’s winter 2019/20 season early. Therefore, all winter sports enthusiasts now have the chance to enjoy the slopes each and every day.
In addition to the Grostè area, starting on Saturday and for the rest of the week, the Spinale gondola lift and therefore the Spinale Diretta slope, that takes skiers all the way back down to town, will also be open; the Funivie Madonna di Campiglio lift company will keep the lifts open non-stop from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
The two sections of the Grostè gondola lift, the Grostè Express 6-person chairlift with automatic coupling, the 4-person Rododendro Express and Boch Express chairlifts and the Spinale gondola lift will all be open.
It will therefore be possible to ski on the following slopes: Graffer (n. 60), Corna Rossa (n. 61), Cima Grostè (n. 63), Lame (n. 64), Pozza Vecia (n. 66), Boch (n. 71), Variante Boch (n. 72), Spinale Diretta (n. 73) Nube d'Oro (n.74), Variante Marchi (n. 75), Fortini (n. 77), Grotte (n. 79) in addition to the top part of the Ursus Snowpark.
The Stoppani, Graffer, Boch, Montagnoli, Fortini, Jumper and Chalet Fiat mountain huts will be open for lunch or for a break during your day on the slopes.
Ski passes can be purchased at the Grostè and Spinale ticket offices from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and at the 5 Laghi ticket office from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm all day long.
During the entire week, until Friday November 29, ski passes will be sold at a special promotional price with a 40% discount that will be applied on regular low season listed prices for all categories.
In Madonna di Campiglio lifts will remain open until the end of the season. Then on December 5, 2019 both the Folgarida Marilleva and Pinzolo ski areas will also open.
The snowmakers and snow groomers of the SkiArea’s three lift companies – Funivie Folgarida Marilleva SpA, Funivie Madonna di Campiglio SpA and Funivie Pinzolo SpA – are working at full speed to prepare all of the 150 kilometers of interlinked slopes between Val di Sole and Val Rendena in order to guarantee top quality skiing conditions.
Information concerning lift and slope status, weather reports plus slope and snow conditions are available on the SkiArea’s new website www.ski.it
