Subject: Information on the treatment of your personal data as per art. 13 of the Italian law D.Lgs. 196/2003 regarding the safeguarding of your personal data and request for your consent to process said data.
1. The Italian law D.Lgs. 196/2003 introduced the personal data protection code. In compliance with the provisions of the aforesaid code, our organisation will process your personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and the safeguarding of confidentiality and of the rights of the subjects the data refer to.
2. Within this scope, please find below the information provided for under art. 13 of the Italian law D.Lgs. 196/2003. We request your consent for the personal data processing specified hereunder for the following purposes: a. manage your request for information and/or booking in order to provide you the relevant instructions.
3. Providing your data is compulsory to take advantage of the above-mentioned features. Submitting partial or incorrect information will make it impossible for us to provide the required services.
4. If you have given your consent thereto, and until you withdraw it, your personal data will also be processed for the following purposes: a. to draft studies and statistics; b. to send advertising, informative and commercial information via post, e-mail and/or telephone; c. to carry out direct and indirect sales and recruitment activities; d. to transmit interactive commercial messages; e. to assess customer satisfaction regarding the quality of services provided (also through third parties). You may withdraw your consent for such purposes at any time by contacting the person specified at point 10. The consent for the treatment and services described at this point 4 is not compulsory; if you refuse, your data will only be used for the purposes specified at point 2 above.
5. As it refers to clients or potential clients, the data is generally ordinary and basically consists of elements to identify the individual. Should you fill in some fields that require sensitive data as per art. 4, letter d) of the Italian law D.Lgs. 196/2003, thus requiring special protection, such data will be treated as specified in the Data Protection Policy. We remind you that, as a general rule, article 4, letter d) of the Italian law D.Lgs. 196/2003 defines as "sensitive data" all the "personal information revealing the racial and ethnic origins, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, religious, philosophical or labour associations or organisations, as well as the personal data regarding health and sexual life".
6. The data collected will be treated using hardcopy and/or electronic tools, strictly in compliance with the pertinent regulations currently in force.

7. Our organisation takes all the necessary measures (organisational, physical and logical) aimed at guaranteeing data security, in particular as per the provisions of Annex B of the Italian Law D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Technical guidelines regarding the minimum safety measures).
8. Besides Company employees, your personal data may be processed by third parties with offices in Italy and/or abroad engaged by our organisation to carry out some tasks (or part thereof) necessary to provide the above-mentioned services. In these cases they will work as independent Data Controllers or will be appointed as Data Managers or persons in charge thereof. The Data Managers or persons in charge thereof will receive appropriate operational instructions, in particular regarding the minimum safety measures to be adopted in order to guarantee the confidentiality and safety of data. The above-mentioned third parties are basically included in the following categories: debt collection companies, companies processing traffic data for billing, companies dealing with printing and sending invoices to clients, counselling companies, credit transfer companies, agents and brokers, franchisees, providers of technological services and content providers.
9. Below is an extract from art. 7 of the Italian law D.Lgs. 196/2003 to remind you of the rights you can exercise towards our company: a. obtain confirmation of the existence of data regarding yourself, even if not yet registered, and intelligible communication of such data; b. obtain information about the source of the personal data as well as the purposes and means of processing; c. obtain information about the guidelines followed in case of processing using electronic devices; d. obtain information about the particulars of the data controller and data managers; e. obtain information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be transferred or made available, in their role as agents for the national territory, data managers or persons in charge thereof; f. obtain the updating, correction or, if of interest, the integration of data; g. obtain the removal, anonymisation or, if the law has been breached, the blocking of data processed; h. obtain the removal, anonymisation or blocking of data of which storage is not necessary for the purposes of collection and later processing; i. obtain certification that the persons whose data have been transferred or made available have been informed of updates, corrections, integrations, cancellations, conversions, anonymisation or blocking of said data, except if this is impossible or entails the use of means manifestly disproportionate compared to the right protected; j. object, completely or partially, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning yourself, even where pertinent to the purpose of collection; k. object, completely or partially, to the processing of personal data concerning yourself for sending advertising material, direct mailing, market research and commercial information.

Art. 7. D.Lgs 196/03 - Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti
1. L'interessato ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell'esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile. 2. L'interessato ha diritto di ottenere l'indicazione: a) dell'origine dei dati personali; b) delle finalità e modalità del trattamento; c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l'ausilio di strumenti elettronici; d) degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato ai sensi dell'articolo 5, comma 2; e) dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza in qualità di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati. 3.
