Folgarida Marilleva is the perfect setting for a day of family fun in the snow. In Val di Sole, little ones can enjoy unforgettable adventures with Snowy, the friendly snow fox, in the forests of the Brenta Dolomites. Three distinct areas, one SkiArea: Folgarida, with its runs and nursery slopes; Marilleva, with its two levels linked by lifts; and Daolasa, at the heart of the valley, offering easy access even if you arrive by train. With three Family Parks and facilities designed for families, Folgarida Marilleva is the ideal setting for an unforgettable experience in the snow.
Before setting off for the day, check which runs and lifts are open, the mountain weather forecast and the webcams in Folgarida Marilleva.
Folgarida Marilleva
A winter wonderland for children
The SkiArea welcomes families with three Family Parks offering free entry:
- Folgarida Family Park, with a magic carpet, drag lift, Bamby chairlift and snow tubing, plus mascot Snowy leading dance sessions and group games for little ones.
- Marilleva Family Park, at the top station of the Panciana cable car, with nursery slopes and a snow playground.
- Daolasa Family Park, at 2,000 metres, with five magic carpets and entertainment for children.
For extra support, Folgarida Kinderland at Malghet Aut offers childcare provided by qualified staff and ski lessons for children aged 2–10, with indoor and outdoor spaces.
Malghet Aut gets a makeover
At the heart of the project is the new six-seater Brenzi chairlift, replacing the original 1984 lift and increasing capacity to around 3,000 people an hour – more than double the previous figure. The Brenzi run has been widened from an average of around 30 metres to over 50, giving you more room for a smoother descent.
A new link between the Spolverino run and the Malghet Aut nursery slopes allows more experienced skiers to reach the new Brenzi chairlift without crossing the beginners’ areas. A new illuminated underpass also separates skiers on the Brenzi run from those using the SkiWeg Collegamento–Malghet Aut. More space to learn, smoother skiing.
Malghet Aut Centre
The Malghet Aut multi-service centre, which can be reached with the Folgarida and Belvedere ski lifts, is a modern four-storey structure, designed with natural materials. Here, skiers can enjoy a heated ski room, a ski and snowboard preparation workshop, sports shops and a panoramic restaurant with spectacular views over the Brenta Dolomites. An amazing hub, combining comfort, practical services and hospitality, to make your skiing days even more pleasant.
Ometto Area
Last winter, Funivie Folgarida Marilleva presented the new Ometto chairlift system, upgrading its transport capacity to 2,800 people/hour. With heated seats and a whole new route. The slopes were expanded to improve the skiing experience and enjoy amazing views over the Brenta Dolomites.

The major development is the upgrade of Malghet Aut. The new six-seater Brenzi chairlift replaces the original 1984 lift, increasing capacity to around 3,000 people an hour. The Brenzi run has been widened from around 30 to over 50 metres, while a new link between the Spolverino run and the nursery slopes keeps experienced skiers separate from those just starting out.
